The Soft Skin Store Ltd reserve
the right to change prices without prior notification. Soft-Skin is a trading
name of The Soft Skin Store Ltd, Company Number 5677995 Payment forms Goods must be paid for before they are dispatched. Payment is accepted in cash (sent by registered post), Postal Orders, Bankers draft, Internet Banking (Sort Code 40-41-26 Account No 71408747) or credit card (over the internet or phone). Payment must clear before goods are dispatched. Stock is allocated to orders once payment has been received, please note that internet banking can take between 3-4 working days to arrive. If payment is not received within 7 working days of your order being placed, any allocated products will be returned to stock and the order cancelled.
By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions. A binding contract is entered into once we have sent confirmation of receipt of your order in writing or by means of an order reference number for internet/telephone orders. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders. Orders can be sent via our web-site www.soft-skin.co.uk, telephone or by post.
All products on the Soft-Skin website are featured subject to availability. If the product you ordered is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, to offer you a replacement, the option to wait for new stock or the cost of the product refunded to you. Occassionaly we offer a Pre-Order service for products that have a confirmed shipment date. This is an estimated delivery date. If for any reason the pre-order can not be fulfilled we will contact the customer to offer a replacement product or a refund for the goods. We can also reserve stock or take orders in advance over the telephone if customers so wish, we ask for a 10% deposit if your 'advanced order' totals £50 or more. The remainder of the balance will be billed just before the goods are dispatched to the customer. For up to the minute information on stock levels please email sales@soft-skin.co.uk

We recommend that you read the manufacturers instructions carefully before using any of the products and assure yourself they are suitable for your skin type. Aveeno carry out their own product testing and The Soft Skin Store Ltd is not liable for any reaction suffered as a consequence of using any of these products. Please use in accordance to the manufacturers instructions.
In order to cancel an order before it has been dispatched it is essential that you call immediately and confirm in writing either by email or letter. Your order will then be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to you. Refund payments will be made to the account originally charged.
As per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receiving them if you change your mind. The returned goods must be unopended and unused and in the same condition as when dispatched by Soft-Skin and within 28 days of puchase. If you wish to return goods under these circumstances you must do the following – either phone or email us saying which item you wish to return. When returning items we recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We shall refund the cost of the goods, minus the postage charge, to the original account. Once the goods have been received in a satisfactory condition we shall refund the original account within 14 days. Customers are liable for the costs involved in returning unwanted goods to us. If the goods you receive are damaged please contact us immediately. You can return the damaged goods for a replacement or a full refund. Email address customerservices@soft-skin.co.uk If you receive the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return, please enclose with goods the receipt for postage and obtain a certificate of posting. Please re-use packaging provided.
The Soft Skin Store Ltd uses ANC/FedEx for Main Land UK orders, the delivery charge is £5.65 no matter what the size, value or weight of your goods total. We are also happy to price up smaller orders (1-3 small items) to be sent via Royal Mail, if you so wish. These orders need to be phoned through rather than placed over the web.
For all other areas we use Royal Mail and the cost is calculated on weight and value of your order, at the check out stage you will be given various options to choose from as well as the pricing options.
We deliver throughout the UK & Southern Ireland. We endeavour to dispatch goods within 1-3 working days of receipt of order, Monday - Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays). Orders should be received within 3-5 days depending on the service chosen, tracking numbers are emailed to you on the day of dispatch. Fed Ex/ANC customer orders are usually dispatched on either a Tuesday or Thursday and delivered on the next working day from date of dispatch . Non-delivery MUST be notified to us, via phone or email, within 2-3 days please. We will trace your order and ensure it arrives as quickly as possible. If we deem a replacement order should be sent then the customer is expected to refuse delivery of the original order if it arrives, this ensures it arrives back to Soft-Skin at no cost to the customer. If the customer signs for the orginal order then it is deemed they wish to keep the goods and they will be invoiced for the items. The Soft Skin Store Ltd reserve the right to part ship orders via Royal Mail if deemed necessary. The Royal Mail and Fed Ex/ANC will leave a card if they deem it unsuitable to leave a parcel or cannot obtain a signature. Goods are held at your local Delivery/Sorting Office for 5 Working Days for Fed Ex/ANC Customers and Royal Mail Recorded items and three weeks for all other Royal Mail parcels. If your item is returned to us due to non-collection from your local Delivery/Sorting Office we will charge for re-delivery.
The Soft Skin Store Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The information you give will only be used to process your order, we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third-party for marketing purposes.
